Live claims balance

LIVE SALE CLAIM & DEPOSIT POLICY

To participate in Live Claims, a $25 deposit is required.

The $25 deposit is applied toward your final purchase balance when your basket is paid in full.

Please understand the following before claiming:

• The $25 deposit is non-refundable if you fail to complete payment for your claimed items.
• A payment deadline will be verbally stated during the Live Sale. By placing a claim, you acknowledge and agree to that deadline.
• Your basket must be paid in full by the stated due date/time.
• If your basket is not paid by the deadline, you will forfeit your $25 deposit and all claimed items.
• Customers who fail to complete payment will no longer be permitted to participate in future Live Claims.
• Please only claim items that you fully intend to purchase.

By submitting the $25 deposit and participating in a Live Claim, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
